Return & Exchange Policy

At Mantuj, your satisfaction is our priority. Here is our return and exchange policy:

Return & exchange period

  • You may request a return or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all labels and tags.
  • For hygiene reasons, products for direct personal use (such as mouth tape, nasal strips and sleep masks) cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Please provide your order number when submitting a request.

Damaged or defective products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it with a new one and cover all shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund is issued to the original payment method. It may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.
